Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the AI strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and machine learning solutions.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across departments and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Manage and grow a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AI for business solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards in AI practices.
- Stay up-to-date on AI advancements and technologies.
- Report on AI initiatives’ performance and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of AI, data science, or machine learning experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in a business context.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks, NLP, computer vision, and big data technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar, with proficiency in ML libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, ethics in AI, and regulatory compliance.
