Job Description

We are excited to offer a position for a Guest Service Executive at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana. Join Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, with a portfolio of 15 properties in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. As a part of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

The Guest Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and providing information about rooms and amenities. You will ensure exceptional guest service, address complaints professionally, anticipate guest needs, and upsell additional services. Previous experience in a similar role in a Star Class hotel is preferred.
