Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at The Kingsbury in Colombo. Responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring efficient communication between guests and hotel staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and guest service skills
- Experience with reservations and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in English and Sinhala; additional languages a plus
- Prior hospitality industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
