As a Guest Service Agent at Anantara, you will be responsible for providing expert services in a courteous manner. Duties include taking reservations, welcoming guests, ensuring exceptional service during their stay, and handling guest enquiries promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service focus
- Prior hotel front office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills; English fluency required
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Computer skills in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) a plus
