Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Officer at Pegasus Reef Hotel Sri Lanka. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. They will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with guests.
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in receptionist duties
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Knowledge of hotel operations and amenities
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
