Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer at Monarch Imperial in Western Province, Sri Lanka. The Officer will handle guest relations, ensure customer satisfaction, provide excellent service, perform receptionist duties, and maintain effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties proficiency
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
