Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by attending to guests’ needs promptly.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.

- Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness in reception and dining areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service.
