Job Description

One of the reputed 5-star hotels in Colombo is seeking a highly experienced candidate for the position of Guest Relations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Coordinate with departments for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain office supplies and security protocols
  • Liaise with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain communication with guests, staff, and management

Qualifications:
