Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Guest Relations Executive to immediately join our team. Responsibilities include guest greeting, facilitating smooth check-ins for VIPs and return guests, maintaining guest data, sharing hotel event details, managing special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties also involve addressing guest needs and concerns, handling phone inquiries, arranging guest amenities, and participating in special events. The ideal candidate must have availability in Galle and strong communication skills in English.
