Role Description
We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive for a full-time on-site role. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and receptionist experience
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
