Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a reputable star-class hotel
- Providing exceptional service to guests
- Implementing plans to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assisting with guests’ queries and disputes
- Resolving complaints effectively
- Sharing tips with the team to improve customer service
- Handling guest arrivals, departures, check-ins, and check-outs
- Acting as a communication hub between guests and team members
- Providing reports to senior managers on activities
- Possess a pleasant, outgoing personality with a customer-oriented and professional attitude along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to go the ‘Extra Mile’ to exceed guests’ expectations
- Team player, passionate, self-motivated, multitasking, and proactive with the ability to work under pressure
