We are looking for a dynamic and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team and provide top-tier service to our Russian-speaking guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations.
• Facilitate smooth communication between guests and various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle guest feedback, ensuring concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Assist in guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a guest relations, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
