Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee and manage the social media presence of brands within the group.
– Create and implement brand-wise digital strategies by platform to resonate with the target audience of each brand e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
– Monitor and respond to social media activity, engaging with the audience to build and maintain brand loyalty.
– Conduct regular market research and stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate innovative approaches into the strategies.
– Collaborate with brand teams to create joint campaigns and initiatives for maximum exposure.
– Understand search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
– Work closely with content creators and designers to produce high-quality and engaging content.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in social media management, focusing on multiple brands.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies while tracking success.
– Ability to use design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc., will be an added advantage.
