Job Description
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum of 8 years of Experience in operations management with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Advanced certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational excellence methodologies preferred
