Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for the canned food and agriculture categories. This is a strategic role for someone who excels at driving growth, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives for the canned food and agriculture categories.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to boost product visibility and market share.
- Oversee digital, traditional, and B2B marketing efforts with consistent brand positioning.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and supply chain teams.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or agriculture sectors.
- Proven track record in successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital, traditional, and B2B channels.
- Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Location: Negombo
Salary: 800,00 – 900,00 LKR
