Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Manager HR – HR Business Partnering at a leading BPO located in Colombo. You will lead and manage a team to provide HR business partnering support by developing strategies for employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR business partnering or leadership experience
• Proven experience in a BPO/BPM
• Track record in driving HR initiatives and best practices
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• HR certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
• Recruitment industry experience is a plus
