Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Manager HR – HR Business Partnering at a leading BPO located in Colombo. You will lead and manage a team to provide HR business partnering support by developing strategies for employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR business partnering or leadership experience
- Proven experience in a BPO/BPM
- Track record in driving HR initiatives and best practices
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- HR certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
- Recruitment industry experience is a plus
