Role Description: As a Group Human Resources Manager, you will oversee human resources and administrative analytical solutions, develop HR strategies, manage employee relations, and provide coaching and mentoring programs. This is a full-time on-site role in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR and administrative analytics
- Proven track record in HR strategy development
- Knowledge in employee relations and mentoring programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work in Colombo
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
