Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the overall operations in Sri Lanka. He will supervise and guide the general managers in managing their respective operating companies/businesses, to achieve the directions and goals set by top management, and assist them with any problem solving. He has to ensure effective teamwork and co-operation between the Group’s companies in Sri Lanka and also with the parent and sister companies so as to create greater synergy for the Group and to liaise proactively with the Head Office on a regular basis. He will uphold the reputation and corporate image of the Prima Group.
