Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive strategic plans and objectives for the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Ensure dissemination of best practices and strategies
- Collaborate with Group Management Heads to streamline processes
- Represent shareholder interests in subsidiary companies
- Assist in achieving financial targets
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of industry experience
- Leadership experience at Director level
- Demonstrated success in developing organizational strategies
- Strong analytical abilities and commitment to excellence
