Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations across the group.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide growth optimization recommendations.
- Oversee audits and manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified professional accountant (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- 5-7 years of senior finance experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
- Prior Experience in Export / Import Operation is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale financial operations and teams.
