Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure guest safety and address any issues promptly to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Complete preventive maintenance activities as per hotel plans.
- Maintain and properly store all tools provided by the Hotel.
- Clean work areas thoroughly after tasks completion.
- Follow safety procedures diligently.
- Maintain regular communication with the Shift Leader.
- Participate in the Hotel’s energy conservation programs.
- Recommend and use environmentally-friendly products at work.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives within the Engineering Department.
Qualifications
- Must have documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
- One year of experience in hotel engineering.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
