Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the freight forwarding and shipping team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and profitability of operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely movement of goods
- Identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Implement risk management policies in the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years experience in freight forwarding, 6 years in senior management
- Proven leadership and team management skills with global experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and trade regulations
- Strategic planning and analytical skills with a sales focus
