We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage boats, coordinate cruises, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the team. Flexibility to work remotely when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, hospitality/tourism knowledge, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, financial management abilities, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing situations. Experience in yacht chartering or sailing is a plus.
