Job Description
A leading Apparel Manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, Uconnect, is seeking a talented General Manager-Quality Assurance to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and fabric inspection.
- Create and implement growth strategies.
- Develop key performance goals for functions.
- Ensure delivery and quality of offerings.
- Engage in customer activities.
- Lead hiring and talent development programs.
- Engage in strategic planning with corporate officers.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile apparel, Quality Management, or Garment Technology.
- 10+ years’ experience in Apparel Industry.
- Knowledge of production processes, garment construction, and market trends.
- Skills in machinery parts, sewing, pattern making, and negotiation.
- Understanding of Customer QA standards and requirements.
