Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize the operation processes of our Pharmaceutical Division. This critical role involves developing and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives, managing demand planning, imports logistics, general administration, procurement, and overseeing central warehouse and distribution operations to ensure compliance with government and principal requirements. The successful candidate will also coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, while leading the management of facilities and fixed assets, all to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our pharmaceutical business.

Personal Profile

• A degree in a relevant field or an equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with proven experience in managing business operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
