SCOPE
The General Manager – Operations is responsible for the comprehensive management of a large-scale, high-tech garment factory, overseeing front-end operations and the entire order lifecycle from acceptance to delivery. This role is crucial for optimizing plant capacity and workforce efficiency to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large apparel units in multiple countries while focusing on continuous development.
- Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Integrate advanced technologies, including AI and automation, to drive innovation, reduce costs per unit, and enhance profitability across all production processes.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and morale, while leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Set clear strategic goals, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and monitor key performance metrics to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and explore new market opportunities.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
