JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a General Manager position.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, with a track record of successful leadership and business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in business software applications and technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
