JOB Description
- Directly responsible to the Board of Directors.
- General management of all activities falling within the purview of the position.
- Need to actively visit factory locations out of Colombo.
- Guiding the managerial staff and giving them necessary guidelines.
- Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize production and resource utilization.
JOB Specification
- A Master’s Degree Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management category in a well-established manufacturing-related organization
Knowledge/Attributes
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Windows platform with MS office application package.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment.
