Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the bottom line and the balance sheet (Maintain a clean balance sheet) of the Group.
- Close monitoring of all working capital to maintain it and cash flow at an optimal level to enhance ROI.
- Proactively analyze the business for continuous growth and new opportunities.
- Develop proper costing models for each business unit.
- Ensure timely management reporting and establish sound MIS dashboard across the group.
- Execution of Group financial strategies and close monitoring for deliverables.
- Work with finance institutions to attract competitive low-cost funding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2-3 years experience in Apparel/Textile in a senior finance position (DGM/GM Finance).
- 8-10 years post-qualifying work experience in a large manufacturing organization.
- Excellent team player.
- Salary – Negotiable.
