Leading FMCG, Food & Beverages Exporting Tier 1 group Of Company
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives.
- Operations Management: Ensure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effective resource management.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain key client and industry partner relationships.
- Financial Management: Direct the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to motivate employees towards company goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in FMCG or Food & Beverages, preferably in tea exports.
- Extensive knowledge of tea trading, export procedures, and international markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in FMCG and Tea industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management; MBA preferred.
