Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential customers.
- Utilize technical knowledge to understand customer pain points, convert leads, and secure business.
- Use technical expertise in sales and customer interactions.
- Oversee objectives and report to Principal based on guidelines.
- Conduct technical seminars and Lube Clinics for clients.
- Visit client sites to analyze and resolve lubricant-related issues.
- Present Lube Charts to highlight key parameters and assist in budgeting.
- Develop business partnerships and manage debtors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Minimum 10 years in automotive/mechanical engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to work long hours and travel.
