We are seeking a Gender and Inclusive Development Advisor for the USAID/Sri Lanka Transparent and Accountable Governance (TAG) project based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As an Advisor, you will work to promote gender equality and social inclusion in development programs, ensuring that marginalized groups have equal access to opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise, conducting assessments, developing strategies, and building partnerships to advance gender equality and inclusive development goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative initiatives that empower women and marginalized communities.
