Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Earl’s Hotels in Negombo. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing strong supervisory skills to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Reservations management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Hospitality or related field experience is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
