We seek a dynamic hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing front office team of an international chain hotels. Responsibilities include:
- Constantly recommending value-added services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintaining good rapport with guests and handling complaints effectively
- Maintaining statistics and reports for smooth operations
- Implementing proper key control and maintenance
- Soliciting guest feedback for performance enhancement
- Leading the team to maintain high service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 4-5 star-class hotel
- Overseas experience is desirable
- Well-disciplined and driven personality with leadership skills
- Working knowledge of OPERA preferred
- Friendly, outspoken, and pleasing personality
