Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing front office teams of international chain hotels. Responsibilities include:

• Recommend value-added services to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain guest rapport and exceed customer expectations
• Handle guest complaints effectively and maintain necessary reports for smooth operations
• Implement room key management procedures
• Solicit guest feedback to enhance resort performance
• Lead the team to maintain high service standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration
• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4-5 star-class hotel
• Overseas experience preferred
• Driven personality with leadership skills
• Working knowledge of OPERA desirable
