Job Description
Front Office Manager – Pre-Opening Property in Kandy.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team at a new property in Kandy. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, a key player in Sri Lanka’s hospitality industry, is preparing to launch its largest property with 215 rooms.
The ideal candidate will lead front office operations setup, develop procedures, recruit and train staff, and ensure a seamless hotel opening. Experience in pre-opening roles and hospitality, strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of hotel management software are essential.
