Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join Cinnamon Bentota Beach. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day front desk operations of the hotel, ensuring personalized service to guests, handling guest feedback, and driving financial performance.
Required skills include problem-solving, strong communication, decision-making, and organization. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel is required.
