Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests upon office arrival
- Direct visitors to the correct person and office
- Handle incoming calls and forward as needed
- Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary supplies
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Manage daily mail and office security
- Order supplies and monitor inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Perform clerical duties as required
