Job Description
We are currently seeking an Engagement Associate/Front Office Assistant based in Colombo 1.
A minimum of 2 years of customer service and administrative experience is required, preferably in a Hotel Front Desk/Club Floor setting.
The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be open to changes.
Strong teamwork, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and fluency in English and another local language are essential.
Good phone etiquette, secretarial skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and willingness to work overtime as needed are also necessary.
