Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front of House Manager at Ceylon Lodge – Hotel & Hostel. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the premises.
