Job Description
Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service, handling phone calls, and performing basic administrative tasks to support office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Handle mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security and cleanliness.
- Assist with scheduling and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (required), Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Prior receptionist or office experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, customer service oriented.
