Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Assistant at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Phone Etiquette
Experience in administrative assistance and receptionist duties
Fluency in English and Sinhala (spoken and written)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to speak and understand Tamil would be an added advantage
