We believe that the ideal candidate would have the following attributes;
- A business administration diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a solid command of the English language.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Candidates with experience in the hospitality or travel industry would have an additional advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
