Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange import & export shipments
- Coordinate with overseas agents and Customs House Agents
- Review and provide shipping instructions
- Monitor shipment status and update clients
- Handle job entries and billing
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Logistics or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in freight operations
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of CargoWise is a plus
