Role Description: This full-time on-site role in Colombo involves overseeing food preparation, food & beverage handling, and maintaining hygiene standards in a hotel & restaurant setting.
Job Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to address hygiene-related issues.
- Oversee food handling practices to comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Educate employees on proper hygiene practices.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
