What we are seeking:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality
- Food and Beverage qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, cost, and inventory systems (Scienter, Taurus)
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and work both independently and as part of a team
