What we are seeking:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality
• Food and Beverage qualifications
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficiency in POS systems, cost, and inventory systems (Scienter, Taurus)
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and work both independently and as part of a team
