Job Description
We are currently seeking energetic individuals for our esteemed client company, Quess Lanka, based in Colombo.
Position: F & B Controller
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverages
- Develop cost control procedures to optimize profitability
- Analyze costs, prepare reports, and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships
Qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in similar role, preferably in luxury hotels
- Familiarity with food and beverage costing and inventory management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
