Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, catering, and kitchen activities.
- Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring policy adherence and high service quality.
- Prepare and manage budget, oversee procurement and distribution, and comply with regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies, generate reports, and optimize profit margins.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of food and beverage management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in budget management.
- Knowledge of kitchen management, menu planning, and health regulations.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service.
Location: Pasikudha (Anantaya Resort & Spa)
