Job Description
In collaboration with our esteemed client, GlobalSync Solutions, a BOI-approved Indian restaurant chain with branches across Sri Lanka and internationally, we are searching for a seasoned F&B Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.
Location: Colombo, Galle, Kandy & Nuwara Eliya
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure seamless restaurant performance.
- Lead teams to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and staff management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry in a managerial role.
- International experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
