Job Description

Reports to: Manager – Deliveries & Customer Services
Role Description: You will work closely with engineering services and customer support teams to monitor GPS-tracked vehicles on fleet management systems for optimal operation and delivery performance. Responsibilities include generating alerts, live dashboards, and reports to ensure overall functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleets through alerts/live dashboards and reports.
- Provide on-demand reports on customer fleets/vehicles based on tracked data analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics/Statistics or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet operations management or an administrative role.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in data analysis, statistical packages, and exposure to machine learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, creativity, and motivation.
