Job Description
Working Days & Time: Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles.
- Manage subordinate staff to maintain company standards.
- Implement transportation procedures and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety and government regulations.
- Oversee the transportation budget.
Expected Profile:
- Degree in motor mechanism or related field with NVQ 6 or above.
- Minimum 5 years of fleet management experience.
- Knowledge of transportation industry and logistics.
- Experience in transportation regulations and analytics.
- Strong team collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
